Services
Provides counselling for young people who find it hard to get help. Provides support for young people facing barriers such as homelessness and limited support networks to access mainstream services. Services include:
- Assessment
- Intensive care coordination and psychosocial support
- Assertive outreach
- Evidence based counselling and therapy
- Transitional support
- Psychiatry services
Services are provided by:
- Clinical psychologists
- Social workers
- Clinical nurses
- Occupational therapists
- Aboriginal mental health workers

Eligibility & Access
- For young people with complex mental health needs aged 13 to 24 years who experience barriers to accessing mainstream help.
