Services
Prevents homelessness by providing young Aboriginal people with the skills they need to gain employment. The Reconnect program provides holistic support to young people (aged 12-18) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. This involves working with the young people to achieve family reconciliation where possible, and engagement with employment, education, training and the community. Please contact our Family Support Workers at the Champion Centre.
