Services
Supports people who have been in prison to become job-ready. This program is designed to give people career guidance and practical support as they prepare to re-enter the workforce. Support may include:
- Creating résumés
- Interview preparation
- Career action plans
- Exploring training and education opportunities
- Assistance with disclosing convictions
Funding
- Government grants and partner support
Eligibility & Access
- At least 18 years old
- Either are in or have been in the justice system
- Willing to engage
People in the community and in the following prisons can participate in the program from six months prior to release: Acacia, Bandyup, Boronia, Casuarina, Karnet and Wooroloo prisons.
