Support for women experiencing challenges related to alcohol and drug use. Whether you’re concerned about your own alcohol and/or drug use, recovery, experiencing relapse, or want to understand a loved one’s usage, support is available. Luma offers safe and non-judgemental spaces that cater to all women. Options include SMART groups, recovery groups, wellness activities, drug and alcohol counselling, and more.
