Assistance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander veterans.
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs has Indigenous Veterans’ Liaison Officers who can assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander veterans in their dealings with the Department. Indigenous veterans have served in all wars, conflicts, and peace operations. Indigenous veterans and their dependants may be eligible for services and benefits.
