Headspace (Fremantle)

Headspace provides free or low-cost counselling for young people. Headspace is primarily focused on early intervention mental health and wellbeing services for young people. Services include:

• In-person counselling
• Online or over-the-phone counselling
• Work and study support counselling
• Early psychosis program
• Family support
• Mental health education delivery

Eligibility & Access

• Supports young people aged 12-25 years. No referral is needed and all services are free.

Achievements

• Provided 403,362 services, with 10% delivered to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

• 86% of clients reported being happy with the service provided by Headspace.
• Received 7 million visits to the Headspace website.
