Services
Provides homelessness support in Perth’s south metro region. St Pat’s provides a range of specialist, targeted services, and programs aimed at people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. They have community centres, community stores, housing, and support service – Djenabidet Kalleep, outreach teams, Youth Place. St Patโs operates as specialist Aboriginal Services program, Djenabidet Kalleep (Footpath Home) is a trauma informed, mob-centred service where dignity, respect and compassion are practiced. It is a place where people can go and sit in safety to tell their story without judgement, or bias. Djenabidet Kalleep provides assertive outreach, lived-experience peer navigation, housing support and culturally appropriate and specific health connections to improve outcomes for Aboriginal people in our community experiencing homelessness.

Achievements
- 591 people supported with accommodation in FY23/24.
- Recent completion of the My Home project adding 18 units to their accommodation portfolio.
- Recently received $1.6m in funding under the Social Housing Economic Recovery Package.
- Currently supporting 30 Aboriginal children in care.
