A support program for people with mental health challenges who are in trouble with the law. The Outcare Start Court program is a therapeutic court for adults who are before the Central Law Courts and have mental health challenges. The program provides participants with holistic support to help address the underlying causes of their offending behaviour. The program can help with things like:
- Assistance in finding accommodation
- Accessing education and training
- Getting and keeping a job
- Alcohol and drug support
- Assisting with family issues

- 92% reduced or ceased their reoffending
- 91% reduced or ceased their misuse of alcohol and other drugs
