Outcare – Aboriginal Throughcare Program

Provides help for people who are getting out of prison soon. Outcare offers an accommodation program as part of the Aboriginal Throughcare program. The program engages with people in their final year of prison and supports them for up to two years post-release. The program aims to remove barriers, ensuring successful reintegration into the community.
