• Promotes safe streets by providing support for Aboriginal people
• Provides street-level interventions in public places around Fremantle, Midland, Belmont, Northbridge and City of Vincent, South East and North Corridors, and Burswood

Nyoongar Outreach Services can help in the following ways:

• Provide transport to a safe place for people at risk
• Listen to you
• Maintain a preventative street presence through regular mobile services
• Support clients to work with other agencies
• Engage and advocate on your behalf

• Maintained the service as an essential frontline outreach service throughout the COVID-19, 2022–23 year, providing continuity of all services for our at-risk clients.
• Increased the overall client engagement in General Outreach from 20,194 in 2021–22 to 29,604 in 2022–23.
• YES Program Case Management home visits increased from 165 in 2021–22 to 495 in 2022–23.
