Achievements
- Maintained the service as an essential frontline outreach service throughout the COVID-19, 2022โ23 year, providing continuity of all services for our at-risk clients.
- Increased the overall client engagement in General Outreach from 20,194 in 2021โ22 to 29,604 in 2022โ23.
- YES Program Case Management home visits increased from 165 in 2021โ22 to 495 in 2022โ23.
